Unsanitary - lots of dogs large and small walking around this store touching their snouts and tails on the food. I informed the staff and they claimed to bring the manager down but nothing happened. One large dog walked right up to customer service and they didn’t bat an eyelid.

This review is about one person that works at this WF location. Allison is an absolute coupon queen. No one has ever been so excited to help me save money while shopping. Her level of customer service is worth the market capitalization of Amazon as a whole. She is friendly and helpful to a degree you have to experience in person.

Every time I’m in the store Allison seriously brightens my day. She makes everyone around her feel acknowledged. You can tell that she genuinely cares about the customers and works to bring the rest of the employees together. I look forward to my small chunks of the day when I get to be greeted by Allison.

I have never been to such a cold, unhelping store. I felt like I was on a conveyor belt. Cold reception, workers oblivious to customers waiting to be served. This place is not service oriented. BUT THERE WERE TWO EXCEPTIONS: in the milk area a tall young lady with very long hair helped me find something three rows away but the STAR of this place is ANGELITA. She is at check out. The other staff is dependent on her for problem solving but the main thing is this woman not only cares about her job, she also cares about Whole Foods. She should be in management! This place needs to reach the level of other Whole Foods.

The prepared foods here are very mediocre.
The dishes I bought: beef, potatoes, sweet potatoes were sub par but the two ungodly dishes were the limp macaroni salad and the selection they call tuna salad which had definitely not been mixed properly and had lumps. The beef was tough and greasey. Plus, they were overpriced. My biggest question where is management in quality control and customer relations.

A lot of money was wasted here today.

They sell molded bread, soup with metal pieces inside and who knows what else! I even told them about the soup and the manager said is nothing he can do because they don’t make the soup so they are not responsible… pathetic !!!

Albeit small, the staff here are very friendly! I had an issue and the staff made sure to take care of it with a quickness. I am very pleased with the customer service. The manager of this Whole Foods was so sweet & helpful , he made sure to take care of my issue and I would definitely shop again while in the area!

This is a solid Whole Foods.. 7 out of 10! It’s not like the one in Brickell but it’s not bad either

Great selection of fresh produce.. though limited selection on some fruits (given this space is smaller than other Whole Foods ie Brickell)

Dairy + meets sections are robust

Finding a cart isn’t always the easiest.. wouldn’t hurt to have a couple more cashiers although there are plenty of self-check out kiosks

If you want fresh produce, like celery for juicing, come early! Early as in 7am when they open.. or definitely before 930am.. things move quick!

Given its South Beach with all the health conscience energy, its not all that surprising

Ottimo supermercato biologico. Grande assortimento. Zona “rosticceria” con zuppe, secondi e insalate fai da te per asporto. Fuori ha tavolini per mangiare lì al volo. Molto comodo e di qualità.
