Un lugar muy limpio y bien ordenado, tiene gran variedad de productos comestibles, pero también tiene flores, productos de limpieza, aquí se puede rentar la máquina para lavar la alfombra, tienen mucho pan y mucho más, tiene charoles de frutas, ensalada, verduras y carnes listas para comer ho poner en el horno, la verdad que estos lugares le facilitan la vida a casi todos, tienen buenos especiales.
El personal en general no es amable, solo la cajeras. Otro punto que no me agrada, es que si no estás inscrito, no recibes el descuento y que algunos clientes son muy asquerosos cuando usan el sanitario aunque eso está fuera del alcance del personal ho la tienda, así que por favor seamos limpios, ayudemos al personal como si fuéramos nosotros mismos.

Worst deli department from Vons. The manger Reina from that department is not polite.. The food is horrible, the habanero chicken doesn’t have any sauce on it, just surrounded by water taste like just regular bake/boil chicken.. The fried chicken is tough and like chips.. I’ve been to other Vons locations they cook better… don’t waste your time going here

Made the mistake of ordering ahead online to pick up at the store. To call the entire experience a disaster would be an understatement.
All of the pick-up spaces in the lot were full, not a big deal normally, however when I parked where I could there was no way to indicate where I was on the app, so I went into the store. Big mistake.
Sure this store appears to be normal, but the complete lack of any employee attention is clear. After asking several employees where the pick-up is for online orders, I was directed toward a small office at the front of the store. There was no one there and no way to notify anyone that I was waiting. There was a security guard seated right next to the office and he confirmed that I was in the right place and that the employee should be back "soon." He then continued to eat his deli lunch while on his phone.
After waiting about 5 minutes, I thought I was able to flag down another employee to let them know I was waiting. She nodded at me, which I thought was an acknowledgment, but it turns out she was also on her phone and was walking to get her coffee drink at the Starbucks counter.
After waiting an additional 5 minutes I just left. What is the point. I could get the same product right across the street from Ralph's, where I have never had any of these issues.
But Vons wanted to keep delivering the fun! I realized that I had been charged for my order which, of course, I was unable to pick-up. So, I found the place on the app where I could request a refund. I did get a notice that a refund was under review and then I got a notice that it had been issued. Then I looked at it and the refund was for the $.20 cents I had been charged for bags that had not been used. Finally, I had to call Vons service center and have another 10 minutes wasted for the person to issue me the total and correct refund.
Clearly this is a company that is terribly organized and they could not care less about your time or your money. I would, at all costs, avoid both this location and ever ordering online. What a complete and utter disaster.

Security at entry and exit door was super rude at the front, began with bagging the homeless while I was in line for Starbucks and ended off with thinking I needed to acknowledge him upon leaving with my purchases. There also was a very rude security man at the self check out that was trying to intimidate me, however I am not afraid of men. Luckily the women who was a cashier was kind but honestly, I have no reason to go back to a place that they pay people to not feel welcome. Security is supposed to protect people and of course property, but not at the cost of dishonoring people and customers who so happen to care about our homeless communities.

I came in yesterday and the Mexican guy who’s supposed to bag up my groceries walk away when I arrived to the register. Now today at 12:30am I come in and see only Valerie working while it’s a long line and the other cashier was goofing off. The same Mexican guy bagged everyone who was of fair complexion. Then when I arrived at the register he walks away? Is it because I’m Jamaican? At this point I feel targeted? Is my brown too brown for him to bag my tings? It’s giving racism. Vons do you hire racist Mexicans who don’t believe thy should bag paying customers groceries because of their complexion?

Don't bother coming here after 10pm. They shutdown all self checkouts (for security purposes I'm sure) okay fine but don't leave only have 1 or 2 lanes open at a time. The lines literally run down the isle it's crazy.

I have been a loyal customer of this market for over 15 years and absolutely love it. The prices here are significantly cheaper than those at Ralph's across the street. For example, I came to buy an ice cream that Ralph's sells for $10, but at Vons, it costs less than $3—what a deal!

However, I recently had an unfortunate experience with the night staff. There was a young cashier who overcharged me. He rang up the ice cream at $7 each when the price was clearly marked as $3.50. I pointed this out to him, but he checked the wrong place and insisted that I wasn't cooperating. He claimed the promotion didn't apply to my purchase, which was incorrect. His attitude was dismissive and unprofessional.

Thankfully, Valerie, the manager, handled the situation exceptionally well. She listened to both sides and remained neutral, insisting that we stop arguing so she could help. She accompanied me to check the price, and even she was surprised to see that I had been overcharged. Her respectful and fair approach resolved the issue efficiently. Valerie's excellent customer service is a stark contrast to the behavior of the cashier, whose actions seemed discriminatory.

Overall, Vons is a great place to shop, but the night staff's conduct needs improvement to ensure long-time customers like myself continue to feel valued and respected.
