We had a wonderful stay! Adorable lobby! Nice rooms and I especially want to mention the lovely lady at the front desk Aisha. What a wonderful soul!! Always friendly kind and helpful!! When you meet her you know she has Jesus in her heart!! It was a pleasure to meet her and stay at this fun lovely hotel.

So this was an interesting stay! When I pulled up to the hotel just from the outside and first impression I thought to myself, "Oh no, what have I booked"! But then we checked in and found that although some of the common areas are a little bit worn down and dated, the rooms are BIG, clean, THE BEDS are among the most comfortable beds and bedding I have EVER slept on anywhere, and I've stayed in nice hotels all over the world. The staff are great, the breakfast was AWESOME which included the designated room for breakfast. They keep the place smelling fresh and as I said, although some areas look worn down, they keep the place very clean. Free parking, awesome free breakfast and EXTREMELY nice beds at a very good price! I was so pleasantly surprised because from the outside I just wasn't sure what we were getting. I will also say, VERY quiet! I would stay here again.

The blu hotel was an awesome hotel experience. The property is clean and well maintained and nicely decorated. It smells clean all throughout the hotel too. The breakfast was very nice. Options included veggie omelets, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, cereal, fresh waffles, milk, yogurt, bagels and muffins and toast, juices and coffee drinks in many varieties. There was also fresh fruit. Everything was good. There was a pool but it was closed due to weather. Our king size suite was comfortable spacious. We really enjoyed our stay. Also, it's less than 15 minutes driving to Kings Island.

Good place for the price. The 24 hour coffee bar has an espresso machine which was great. The room was clean. The bathroom was not that cleanest. The breakfast did not have any egg or protein which was a bummer.

I have stayed here 3-4 times over the past 2 years. Time for an updated review. This is a very unique hotel and I'm writing this in hopes that they can improve. The good: Rooms are a good size, with couch, table and separate vanity area. AC was good throughout the hotel. The lobby areas are nice. Its super quiet, I've hardly ever seen anyone in halls or lobby. The room for improvement: Pool area was dirty and not inviting. Shutters falling off the building right by the pool, dirty water etc. Glass elevator windows are dirty. In the rooms, bathroom light didn't work and room lamp needed bulb. This is a choice hotels Ascend Collection but in reality it rates somewhere between a Quality Suites and a Comfort Suites. Not a bad place to stay, but details are lacking and its a bit overpriced for what you get in this area.

Went two weeks before Christmas lobby decor beautiful, smell really good met 3 different staff though out our stay all wonderful generous with the towels and wash cloths a 70's 80's feel. The price for 2 nights was better than what we expected.

I was surprised at how clean this hotel is. The room was large and had a nice seating area. The sheets were very soft which is a must for me. The only real flaw was the clerk checking us in was not friendly at all and same for when we checked out the next day. A "how are you doing?" or ""how was your stay?" goes a long way.

The lady at the front desk was nice. But unfortunately the pictures online look different than what I seen in person. The hotel needs some serious updating. I found one of the largest roaches I've ever seen dead on the bathroom floor. Switched to a different hotel in less than two hours.
