The five stars are directed towards a young lady by the name of Dianna who helped both me and my mother for a make up trial for my wedding. We also did hire her for the day of the wedding as well and she did a phenomenal job!

The reasons for my 5 stars are the following:

- She listens and she is patient: If we didn't like something or wanted to adjust something she made the change. I expressed to her some of my concerns regarding my skin being extremely oily and she recommended the Perk treatment to help with the longevity of the make up on the big day. And it actually did help! The make up stayed on all day and night with just 1 touch up. I typically have to touch up much more frequently.

- She is reliable: When she came on the day of the wedding to do the make up she was prepared with all of her materials and she was on time!

- She works well with melanated skin: During our trial she took her time to find the ideal match for color for my mom and I. She really assessed our undertones to get the right color.

We truly enjoyed having Dianna as our artist and hope that she is recognized for her work. This girl is going places!

My recent visit to Sephora was truly transformative, as I was captivated by the store's stunning makeover. It felt like uncovering a hidden gem in the world of makeup, marking the start of an exciting beauty journey. Exploring a new array of cosmetics from well-known brands like Dior, Natasha Denona, Fenty, and Westman Atelier was like stumbling upon a treasure trove of hydration and glamour. With Symon, a Dior Makeup Artist Star expert, providing guidance for about 25 minutes, the experience was both enlightening and informative. The welcoming staff, especially the charming ladies at the checkout, added to the pleasant visit. While the store's cleanliness was adequate, may I request, as an avid Sephora fan the replenishment of some empty samples, updating it and that the products restocked regularly to maintain their allure, elevating the experience. Once this concern has been taken cared of, it will be more deserving of a 5 star review.
Lastly, thanks to the benefits of the VIB membership for sales alerts and little gifts to enjoy. My daughter and I are already planning our next beauty escapade, looking forward to more treasures, samples, and exclusive sales events. Thank you Sephora and, make -up Expert Symon Plante for assisting us.

When I went into Sephora today, I was greeted by Melinda with a warm smile. I was on the lookout for some bridal perfume and lipstick, and she was incredibly helpful. Initially, I was considering the Dior lip oil, but Melinda used her expertise as a bridal makeup artist to guide me to a better fit for my special day. Her knowledge and passion for makeup truly shined through our interaction. I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude because a wedding day is one of the most special days in a bride’s life, and Melinda really contributed to making it special. Thank you, Melinda!

I stopped by to check if they had any nail polish - specifically top and base coat. They did not lol. I feel like they used to. Anyway I also wanted to grab some blood red lipstick to match my wedding theme and they did not disappoint. I got the miss america liquid one. They also added an expansive perfume section (which I think is new ish?) which was great because I had wanted a new perfume as well.

As I was looking I was approached by Anthony to help with my selection. Normally I don't like being approached and pitched at but I didn't feel like that with Anthony at all (obviously he wanted to sell but he wasn't in your face about it). He genuinely seemed to want to help which is a breath of fresh air. I was a bit overwhelmed with the selection and smells anyway but he found one I liked and my husband loved it too :). Very happy with his service.

Girl with the long blonde hair and blue eyes was the sweetest Sephora employee I’ve ever met! I came in at 6:45 and she noticed I was looking for something and helped me, asked her coworkers for suggestions when I wanted something different, complimented my skin, and did not make me feel rushed at all. Seriously the best experience buying shampoo today, I wish I knew her name!!

I originally went in to Sephora to pick up an item I ordered offline but you know how it goes when you walk into Sephora. Your eyes are bigger than your pockets. Then a beautiful angel by the name of Marcia helped my sister and I and made us feel more beautiful than when we walked into the store. Thank you Marcia, keep doing what you do!
