Not only did my scrub arrive about 2 months later than the (already late) indicated time, without any extra warnings or option to cancel the order, but the product was also super not true to size (checked on the size charts given on the website first that particular brand). The other scrubs i ordered in the same size were completely fine and true to the indicated size. Only one was completely different sizing in real life, and in this case, a customer isn’t even offered a free return in this webshop - even though on the website they state that receiving ‘wrong’ or ‘faulty’ products will qualify for free return. In addition, incredibly distasteful and condescending manner of talking from the customer service agent, who claims to be the webshop’s manager (in that case, this behaviour is of course even more shocking)…

I bought 3 sets of scrubs, that are lovely quality and I love the style.
However it took nearly a month to arrive (to UK) as i think they said they were on back order. It wasn’t a problem for me, but wouldn’t recommend for those with time constraint.

On their site it was written that the delivery usually takes 5 to 10 days. My items were "backorderd
"but on the website it was not mentioned that it will take almost one month to have the items. I ordered my items on 6th or March and they were delivered to me on 3rd of April:) . Even the products coming from China are delivered much faster. And they are not giving any compensation for this. So really do NOT recommend.
