I'm from Cleveland,and I took a vacation to Fort lauderdale,and went grocery shopping in Publix. And I must say this is the best grocery store I ever been to,the store is so nice and neat and very clean and very bright. And the staff was very nice. I wish they had these stores up north. During my visit I have shopped at Publix quite a few times and the food there is so good and fruit is so fresh. Whenever I'm in Florida again I will definitely shop this grocery again.

This week I wanted to order a birthday cake design that Publix has online—the Pink Party cake. I called the Publix at the Harbor Shops in Fort Lauderdale & spoke to Michele in the bakery dept—she was super helpful because I didn’t realize that the online version was super big—but she offered that they could try to create a smaller version for me. Picked it up yesterday—and omg! It was gorgeous!!! So perfect!!! Didn’t catch the name of the associate who decorated it, but she is so talented!!! My daughter said it was the best cake she’s ever had! Thank you to the whole bakery staff for helping make this birthday so special!

It's a fairly well organized location and the staff is generally friendly. The reason for my low rating is because prices that reflect at the register are constantly incorrect. This is especially true if an item is on sale. It happens to me once every time I visit this location for at least one product. I'ts a very convenient location me however it often requires me to visit just for a price correction. It's become that I have to verify my entire receipt before leaving.

We stopped by to pick up a half gallon of milk and some cold sandwiches from the deli area. We found two expired jugs of milk and two expired salads on the shelves that were two days past expiration. It's okay if items are close to expiration, but it's not that difficult to have someone check the dates. And they should never be multiple days past expiration and still on the shelf for sale.

Other than that, the store seemed clean and was well-stocked.

Listen….. i changed my buying habits because how easy it’s to
Go in and out from this place so now I shop mostly on Publix. Last 2 times Ive tried to get a freaking sandwich Ive been left standing like an idiot waiting and a guy screaming for someone to come but nobody came. I assume that they’re probably on their phones so that must be important.

I will NEVER TRY AGAIN to purchase a sandwich from the deli it’s borderline ridiculous and the worst of everything is that im sooooo hungry but will have to eat some trash at McDonalds I guess, thanks publix and don’t worry Ill keep buying my food here but you should consider closing the deli area or set up machines to do the sandwiches or something because they OBVIOUSLY don’t like their job. Im a client not a hater BTW
