We got a sub made at the deli and had the best encounter with Oral. Not only does he make Picasso like subs but he made our day. He is such a great worker and has a great soul. Very friendly/kind and had a smile that could change your day. We are coming back just to visit him and make sure he’s feeling as good as he made us feel.

This is my favorite store to go to. It's not only close to the beach, but it has a second floor seating area where I like to have lunch. So it makes for a nice atmosphere!... It's a clean and nice store like most Publix are.

My wife and I always stop at a Publix when we're on vacation. The food is always good and the customer service is always superb. Not this time. I don't know what was wrong with the guy who was making my sandwiches but he was not having a good day. I work in customer service so I understand when someone is frustrated. Still. You have to remain professional and not let the customer see that you're agitated. This older Caucasian gentleman was slamming doors, huffing and puffing every time I told him what I wanted on my sandwich. I'm thinking man. He must be really having a day. Once I was done I thanked him and the other gentleman who finished making my wife's sub and said I appreciated them. Not noticing that he charged me more than what he was supposed to. I'll still eat at Publix when we vacation. It just sucks when I see older people working somewhere who aren't being good examples for younger employees who need to learn the value of good customer service. ✌?

Came in for some grub on vacation while at the ER next door.. got some cereal bars and went straight to the counter.. in this 30 seconds of time, I was helped, greeted and treated to an awesome conversation with one of the ladies who scanned my stuff. Totally would've kept talking if someone didn't pull up behind me.. beautiful state, beautiful people. Really liked the elevator to get up.. I assume that's due to flooding? Still super cool and unique.. atleast to me. Grateful. Thank you so much

The customer service was wonderful!!! The cashier attitude was 10/10 . We are a football organization ( Tampa Bay Falcons) in Tampa, florida, and so walk into a store with all smiles after being in the heat all day. Really made me smile. Thank you, Publix .

Very friendly staff. We walked past a couple of managers while shopping, and they made a point to tell us hello. The store is very clean and organized. Prices are a bit high.
