It's conveniently close to home, and I enjoy walking there—the fried chicken is fantastic. I also ordered from them for my kid's birthday party, and the food and service were excellent. The staff is always polite and helpful. The only issue is when the place gets crowded with homeless individuals or when they're short on staff at the cashier. It's better to go during off-peak hours.

This was the second time in many years that I have been insulted by one of the local managers. At this time it was because I brought my puppy in to the store with me on a leash. I’ve seen many dogs in the store daily. Nobody has said anything about it. I only started taking my dogs with me, since I’m a dog rescue, I used to take different dogs to the store and all of the cashiers were very friendly and animal lovers. For my surprise, last night I was approached by two different workers, I really don’t know their position at the store, but they told me that I had to leave immediately with my dog. I was taken by surprise and I got very upset and confused when I saw many dogs in the place, so I asked one of the guys if he gave the other dogs owners permission to stay there or an warning. He didn’t answer me. I spoke with someone else who had a dog if he was told to leave the store with his dog and he said No ? I’ll never set a foot in this place again!

This is my local Publix, everyone is friendly and treat me like one of their own. If I ever need help, they all go above and beyond. Can't even begin to say how great they are!

Although I do love this super market, lately I have found its staff are not that friendly anymore... Basically the new members are coming in too raw, or perhaps is the resulting effect of too much video games or social media. Or perhaps I am already passed that level in which little things can kill the mood for the rest of the day... Hey perhaps I am maturing who knows...

Help Dogs

I’ve been a customer for over 30 years. And lately I have been very disappointed with the product and quality. All the vegetables and fruits gotten rotten in the third day of the purchase! I went to another supermarkets and I felt the cold of the refrigerator was more higher than Publix. I think that is something wrong with that place. I have returned merchandise a several times. The last time was a bag of dog food that got rotten in the second day of the purchase! I have seen many expired items in there and called the attention to the store manager. Honestly I’m very disappointed with the store management and department…

Been shopping here since they opened this store back in 2003.

Tonight I got some chicken for dinner as I opened the box and served the plates I noticed this bone at the bottom of the box. It was the 4th drumstick.

We went back and returned it, I wanted to get a new chicken box and noticed a bunch of teenagers near the chickens.

Publix really needs to put these chickens out of reach, or seal the boxes better.

It’s absolutely disgusting to think someone ate from this box and put it back for an unsuspecting customer to buy.

I’m really disappointed in Publix.
