Great selection of cologne, but the workers behind the cologne are rude and stuck up. I was looking for my first cologne. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted, so I was smelling a few different ones. I went to the Xerjoff cologne station, and this old lady employee came up to us and said rudely, “How many times are you going to come up here to smell these? You’re not going to buy this anyways.” It was my first time at that Xerjoff station, and I’ve only smelled one cologne there. I was actually wanting to purchase one, but not after that lady said that to me. I probably look younger than I am, but I’m 21. There is a lot of money profiling at Neiman Marcus. Just because I look young doesn’t mean I can’t purchase an expensive cologne. Anyways, after that, I went to the Tom Ford colognes, and there were 3 ladies there working behind the counter, and it was just me and my buddy at the station smelling some. Neither of the 3 ladies asked how we were doing or if we needed help, but a few seconds after we arrived at the station, this middle-aged customer walked up, and all the employees asked her how she was doing and if she needed help. Like I said earlier, a lot of money profiling is going on in the cologne section of Neiman Marcus. I ended up getting my first cologne at a different store because of how rude and unprofessional the cologne employees are at Neiman Marcus. I won’t be back.

I never write reviews but *Save your time and go to Nordstrom.*
Every time I come to this location I have terrible service. Young girl in lower level luxury clothing sales telling me to “do a lap” around the store to find another counter for my exchange.
Next experience I had trying to exchange the dress for a different size and they couldn’t honor my original 15% off bc it was bought at a different location? Even if I returned and re-bought? How does that make sense.
We are talking about a $700 short length dress.
I’ve been on hold for over 30 minutes and called 2 phone lines and still have no solution. Ridiculous.

Macy's has snobby perfume ladies and I went here thinking I'd get better service... HA! I've never had a worse experience than here. From now on, ordering online is the way to go. I'm not wondering why more and more department stores are closing anymore.

To the ladies in the perfume department - you are wonderful and know your stuff! I purchased a bottle of Amouage Guidance, they had to special order it for me. A stranger just told me my perfume smelled amazing!. I have never had that happen before.

I bought a Christian Louboutin bag here from my saleswoman Youn Kim and let me tell you... this woman is AMAZING! not only was she helping multiple customers, she was fast and accommodating. My husband noticed that the price was off from the tag that was posted, i still bought it anyway. Well the next morning Youn called me and did a price adjustment and honored the posted price on the bag and refunded me the small difference. I have bought so many designer bags from so many high end stores, & she is the only one by far that has gone above & beyond. If you ever go here please ask for YOUN KIM! I'm from Texas and I highly highly recommend her. She's the best sales rep I've ever had. Thank you so much Youn Kim!
