Went to this local market to purchase Ice and towels for the beach. Also had a bathroom emergency that I was hoping to relieve at this store whilst shopping. Got there and spoke to a nice woman who then told me there was no bathroom and told me where to go. I told her I'll be right back. As I was walking to the bathroom across the street I got stopped by this old guy who was sitting outside of the store that told me that I'd get a ticket if I left. I then exclaimed that I had a bathroom emergency and that I'd be back to buy what I needed. He unnecessarily still called someone over to give me a ticket. He could care less if I was a customer or not just wanted to ruin my day. Got back and exclaimed to the ticket officer that I had every intention on being a customer and would've already bought something had they had customer bathrooms. He also did not care and it wasn't until I threatened to call the cops on them if they gave me a ticket if I do in fact buy something at the store. I felt racially targeted and it was a disappointing and upsetting experience overall. I will say that the staff was nice except for whomever that guy was, seemed to be the owner or the liquor store attendant. Not ok the way I was treated. I will never be back due to that.

Lovely resort area grocery store. Surprisingly large assortment of product from fresh produce, deli foods, dry goods, alcohol, and prepared hot meals. Prices seemed pretty affordable and not noticably high considering their location. Staff was very friendly and helpful even when it seemed busy and the tourists were being a bit overwhelming. Would definitely be returning when staying in the area. I definitely recommend stopping in even if you don't need anything at the moment because you'll want something when you see what they've got.

I would say that this small grocery store has virtually everything you need on the island to make your stay more enjoyable. They have plenty of beverages and homade made to order sandwich cold cuts from there fresh deli. These are the absolute bomb if you are going to spend your day on the beach. The sandwiches are fresh and are made to order from $6 to $10 and are really good. They also have small quantities of almost anything else you might need for your stay on the island. From Breakfast, to lunch on the beach to dinner on the grill, this little island Market has what you need at a affordable price at a convenient location.

Extremely rude employee/security at the front guarding the parking lot. We stopped at the market because we needed a few things and one person in our group needed to go in Beach Bazaar to exchange an item. To save time, they were going to do the exchange while we shopped in the market. The very rude old man out front yelled at us and told us we had to move, asked if we could read the signs that said parking for Market customers only. I said yes obviously we can read and we ARE here to shop at the market but because one person from our group was also going to a different store he told us we had to leave. The parking lot also had only two other cars in it at the time, it was nearly empty. Due to his extreme rude attitude toward us we left and took our business elsewhere. I’ll drive way out of the way for groceries before I deal with such a bad attitude from an employee. Horrible treatment toward customers, he either needs fired or a lesson on how to treat people. We had kids with us and they were scared because of how he approached us and yelled in the parking lot. If you go on their facebook page you’ll see that the security/parking lot guard has treated other customers in this same manner and there are photos showing how he treats people (I’ll attach a screenshot to this review). Considering it’s tourists that probably keep the business open, it’s really sad that customers are being treated this way. Especially in front of children.

Nice food and drink shopping on the island. If you not crossing the bridge in traffic to a chain store then this is the best on the island. Fresh meat and produce. Great wine selection and drinks of the beer variety. They also have a Boar's Head Market for meat and deli stuff. Nice find here.

This place is clean, the selection is wide despite its small size and the prices are fair. I definitely expected convenience store pricing and was pleasantly surprised.

We had parked in this plaza to shop at their local shops and spend our hard earned money to help boost their economy. There were no signs stating we could not park there for longer than 15 to 30 minutes yet we were ticketed by a rent a cop without a badge and gave us a parking ticket for $63 would never recommend going to this market ever. The management was horrible and rude. Most definitely not customer friendly. If no tourists came back to their town again their livelihood would be ended do you think they would show a little bit more respect and better customer service

August 26, 2024. Check the dates on everything you plan to eat from this supermarket. The chocolate milk was sour and the cookies were stale.... It's the off season and they don't care about properly rotating the stock. No quality control.
