Very nice collection and helpful staff. What I like about this store that it has lots of things to buy. No matter what, I will end up buying something. The clearance section is a bit messy . I also don't like the lighting system as I don't see the stuff clearly.

Quería destacar la buena atención de una empleada y uno de los manager de no ser por ellos me iba . Un desastre de persona Wei, como Guess puede tener alguien tan desatento con los clientes .. compre muchísimas cosas casi me voy porque le molestó que mi nena de 6 años se probara una alpargata que estaba en exhibición . Muy soberbio un asco de persona !!! Deberían sacarlo NO ESTÁ PARA ATENCIÓN AL PÚBLICO .

I am giving 1 star because of the manager. The employee was very helpful with our questions and very polite trying to help us. And this manager Wei I don’t know if I am spelling it right but he came storming to her in front of us to say we are training. Moving his fingers to point her and then to pointing himself and then said to me she is training and supposed to be at the register. Excuse me, that’s just not the way to treat your employees and it’s also not the proper way to offer help when they were already helping. You could have nicely ask. This is why retail is struggling to keep good employees. I will continue to go the Loop location.

I love the clothing, shoes, watches, etc. Also, they have good prices. However, this store doesn’t honor their operation hours. I came to shop this store at 10:00 am and the store was not open at all. Still 10:51 am and nobody bother to open the store. The only time that I saw a employee opening the door was when a lady bring a Starbucks order and the employee close the doors again. I feel this is unfair for consumers. The store should have operations hour signage in the doors so consumers are aware of the opening and closing timeframes. With my management experience this is a red flag on why this store is losing sales due that few consumers came to shop and doors were closed. The upper management should look into this issue.

Vine a comprar unos zapatos negro encontré mi talla mis gusto pero sólo me llevo uno solo … lo cual si en la caja había uno solo .. No entiendo cómo colocan en el mostrador uno solo cuando se paga las cajeras deben revisar que coinciden las tallas como se pierde un zapato .. para mi no me lo querían vender porque estaba en oferta igual lo pague y me lo traje …. la manager súper odiosa nada profesional no debería estar ahí . … en la pague mi sandalias y sólo me llevo esa … no hay cámaras nadie ve nada una marca tan reconocida cómo está con tantas fallas

Me encantó!! Particularmente no conocía este lugar ! Me encantó porque hay menos gente , esta todo ordenado , hay más mercadería, se puede mirar tranquilo y la atención es excelente!!
