Alguns produtos com bons preços, porém num geral comparado a outros mercados locais esse está muito caro. Alguns estandes são muito desorganizados. Frutas e verduras bem variadas. Também a área de produtos de higiêne pessoal e cuidados é bem diversificada. Boas promoções pra quem tem o cartão do supermercado.

I recently visited Fresco y Más and had a memorable shopping experience that I'd love to share. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and the vibrant, culturally rich environment that the store offered.

The produce section was a standout for me. It was well-stocked with a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables that were not only colorful and appealing but also very reasonably priced. I particularly appreciated the selection of tropical fruits that I often find hard to get elsewhere.

The aisles were neatly organized and the shelves were well-stocked, making it easy to find what I was looking for. I also noticed the ample selection of Latin American products that catered to a diverse range of tastes and cooking needs. It was evident that the store takes pride in catering to the community's cultural preferences, which I found refreshing and unique.

Customer service was exceptional. The staff were friendly and eager to assist, providing helpful recommendations when I inquired about certain products. Their knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile made my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable.

One aspect that stood out was the cleanliness of the store. Every section, from the bakery to the deli, was spotless, and there was a noticeable attention to detail in maintaining a hygienic shopping environment. This made me feel comfortable and assured about the quality of the products I was purchasing.

Descent Latino grocery store with descent selections and with descent customer service, however, the inside and outside of the store needs quite the bit of cleanliness. Security is enforced but apparently mask wearing is not, which is quite alarming considering the state of affairs with COVID-19. The store does offer military discount which is great for service members and their families, very thankful for this opportunity to receive this type of discount.

Primera vez que visito este supermercado en Miami . Y me sorprendió su variedad de productos y algo que hay mirar en Miami ,te guste o no o tengas el salario que tengas ,es los precios de los productos . Y están muy bien comparados con otros Supermercados . Lo recomiendo !

Very bad experience I have been shopping here over a year and buy once a month since I don't like to buy weekly so I had 2 carts stacked up to the rim there was only one cashier so I said I have no problem going to auto check out since they were empty then an employee lunches at me ranting about me having too much stuff then I asked for a manager he was great and also the lady in charge of the auto pay zone and the security guard then came out an African American manager and she started normally and I explained why I was doing that and that I had no problem with that since there is no sign of 20 articles or less then she started having a very aggressive argument with me telling g me that what I bought there the 2 carts full of stuff to take a picture. She was racist I am latino and I was buying 750 worth of shopping I hop fresco y mas educates better there managers and don't be so stingy with the cashier don't go to this place employees are overworked and under pay and mistreated by that manager

Checking out takes all day. No matter what time of the day you go the lines are always and granteed to be long down the alles and I'm talking about every checkout line. They are extremely slow and seems like every time I go in there they have new employees. Only good thing to me is the prices are low and they always have sales and discounts.

This place has terrible customer service. Employees are so damn rude. It's like anyone can work there. Especially this old lady, a cashier named Nohelia. She picks and chooses who she wants to be nice with. If she's not a morning person, she shouldn't be working the morning shift. Also, the whole store is full of rust. All the meat shelves are dirty and rusty. They have items under the wrong prices. Please give your employees proper customer service training. What's so hard about cracking up a smile and greeting people and saying thank you.

Nice and handy staff. Prices are getting higher specially in meats section. They make fresh bread cuban style.
