I love the Instacart pick up area but do not get produce… I just picked up an order with very visibly moldy and rotten food, I didn't even have to open the containers to see it. I could understand a bad strawberry here and there or a hidden mushy pepper, but this is just ridiculous.

I want to make this exhortation to the supervisor of this dely or the food control supervisor. There we have to be more careful, cleaner and better presentation when it comes to food.
It seems to me that when birds are cooked, their feathers should be cleaned very well, that looks aesthetically very bad and very unpleasant, I don't think it is healthy to eat chicken wings with bird hairs that have not been removed.
I let you know because I asked to speak with a supervisor to let him know that on several occasions I have purchased this order and when I look at them they have unremoved hair. His answer did not seem intelligent to me, he said that was the style, I don't think it is A response for a consumer and frequent customer of this store. That's the style they eat.
I asked him if he ate them like that and he answered yes and I answered well that I don't prefer it because it is unpleasant and very unsightly and unhealthy I think.
I have never heard such an answer, it is better to be more delicate and careful when presenting more hygienic food, as it is not necessary for consumers to get sick due to carelessness on the part of food safety personnel.

I use to live behind this Publix so I no longer frequent. Unfortunately, the service here now is subpar. I wanted to return an item I purchased within 5 mins of buying and the lady handed me a gift card. She didn't even ask if I had a receipt and kept cutting me off. It's like she's programmed to just hand people gift cards. If she had taken the time to actually stop moving around and focus on what I was saying she wouldn't have wasted both of our time. Not sure what is going on Publix. Shopping here today was unpleasant.

I love this store and location as I live right behind it . The pharmacy is where my issue is I've been calling all day to check on my prescription and no one picks up the phone. They are very nice but someone should be answering the phone. My prescription was called in so I can't check through he automated system with an rx # . All and all good sore but the pharmacy needs to answer their phone. Any other pharmacy almost always picks up

I really like shopping at this Publix. For some reason, I like their produce a little better than the one across the street. It is always clean and well organized. The employees are always friendly & available to help you find an item you may be looking for. I miss being able to see the smiles of the employees (Due to everyone wearing mask) Aug 2nd, 2020

I was visiting family in the area and wanted to bring some good snacks but didn't want to spend alot of money. Stopped into the deli area and scored some really good fried shrimp, chicken fingers and some Italian wraps, already cut into sections. Breading on shrimp and chicken was light and tasted clean. Italian sub wrap bites were great and didn't even need sauce.

Prices were great, the store was super clean as well as the parking lot. All the employees we came across were friendly too. (Very rare for the area btw) All in all we had a great experience while visiting from out of state. Makes me wish we had Publix in Texas !
